      I’m a yoga teacher, fitness professional and former dancer.

      I teach with a deep passion for form, alignment, and a hunger for helping students breakthrough their limiting beliefs.

      My traditional values are upheld in my fiery Vinyasa practice, but I also love to spice it up with my full BODEA conditioning classes... we love the burn!
